Redway AI · For Teams & Brokerages

Your agents are
already networking.
None of it reaches you.

Every open house, every closing, every chamber breakfast — your people are collecting contacts that live and die in their own phones. Nothing reaches the office. Nothing gets followed up. And when an agent leaves, the whole book walks out with them.

01 / The ProblemWhere the leads go

A paper card is a dead end.

Someone hands your agent a card. It goes in a pocket. Maybe it gets typed into a phone that night, usually it doesn't. Nobody follows up, nothing is recorded, and the office never sees any of it.

Today

Contacts scatter

Every agent keeps their own contacts their own way. There is no shared record of who your office has actually met this year.

Today

Follow-up doesn't happen

Not because agents are lazy — because it's manual. The lead goes cold in the hours between the handshake and the end of the day.

Today

Agents leave with the book

If the relationships only exist in one person's phone, they aren't the office's relationships.

Today

Cards go stale

New title, new number, new brokerage — reprint the box. Everything already handed out is now wrong.

02 / What ChangesOne office, one pipeline

Every agent gets a card. You get the pipeline.

Each agent has their own branded page and their own QR code — on their phone wallpaper, their email signature, their sign riders. Someone scans it, drops their details, and the follow-up text goes out while the conversation is still happening. Every one of those contacts lands in one account the office owns — each agent has their own login, and nothing depends on anyone remembering to type it in later.

Module 01

Individually branded

Each agent's own name, photo, and specialisms — under your brokerage's colours and logo. It looks like your office, not a template.

Module 02

Captured, not remembered

Name and number land in the system on the spot. Nothing depends on an agent typing it in later.

Module 03

Follow-up fires itself

An automatic text goes back with the agent's details — so your agent is saved in their phone before they've walked away.

Module 04

Updates without reprinting

Agent changes their title or heads to a conference? Updated from a phone in seconds. Every card already in circulation updates with it.

Module 05

You can finally see who's actually working the room

The office account is yours — every agent works inside it under their own login, so you see the contacts coming in and how many times each agent's code has been scanned. Which agents are networking, which events produced anything, whether that sponsorship was worth the money. All things a box of printed cards could never tell you.

03 / PricingPer seat · Drops with size

One price per agent. Nothing else to buy.

Individually the card is $197 and $14.99/month. For an office it comes down — and everything is included at every size: the build, the QR, the automation, the texting number, and the carrier registration business texting requires.

5 – 9 seats
$167 / seat
one-time, plus $13.99/seat monthly
10 – 24 seats
$147 / seat
one-time, plus $12.99/seat monthly
25+ seats
$127 / seat
one-time, plus $11.99/seat monthly

Onboarding is on us. We collect each agent's details, build every card, register the texting, and hand the office a finished set. You don't project-manage it, and you don't chase your own people for logos. A new agent joins later? Their card is live before their first open house. 50+ seats or multiple offices — talk to us, there's more room.

How it's set up: one account for the office, which you own and administer, with every agent added as their own user. They get their own card, their own QR and their own number — you get the whole picture. If an agent leaves, their contacts stay with the office.

04 / The NumbersA 30-agent office

What it actually costs you.

30 agents × $147 one-time setup$4,410
30 agents × $12.99 monthly$389.70 / mo
First-year total$9,086
That's about $25 per agent per month — less than one box of printed cards per agent, per year. If it produces a single extra closing across thirty agents in twelve months, it has paid for itself several times over.

Texting usage is billed separately by the messaging platform at cost — around a penny a message, typically a few dollars per agent per month. We don't mark it up.

05 / ProofAlready running

It's already live.

George Hockaday Bey — Broker/Owner at All Service Real Estate, master electrician, general contractor and HUD 203k consultant — runs his card on this exact setup.
