Redway AI · Getting Started

Ten minutes
from you. That's it.

Here's everything we need to build your card. Send what you have — if something on this list makes you hesitate, skip it and we'll sort it out together. Nothing here is worth delaying over.

01 / What HappensLive In Days

Three steps, and two of them are ours.

Step 01 · You

Send this over

The list below, in one go. Ten minutes if you have your logo handy.

Step 02 · Us

We build it

Your card, your QR code, your number, the carrier registration, and the follow-up automation.

Step 03 · You

Approve and go

We send it over, you tell us what to tweak, then it's live and you start handing it out.

02 / The ListEverything We Need

What to send.

Attach files to the form below, or just email them over — whichever is easier.

01

Your name and title

Exactly as you want them to appear. If your title varies depending on who's asking, give us the one that opens doors.

02

Your business name

The trading name people know you by — plus the full legal name if it's different, because the carrier registration needs the legal one.

03

Your logo

Highest quality you have. A PNG with a transparent background is ideal; if all you've got is a screenshot from your website, send it anyway and we'll work with it.

04

A headshot

Doesn't need to be professional — a clear, well-lit photo of your face beats a good photo of your logo. People save people, not brands. Straight from your phone is fine; just send the original rather than a screenshot, so it stays sharp.

05

Your contact card .vcf file

This is the file that gets sent back to everyone who scans your code — one tap and you're saved in their phone properly, with your name, number, email and photo already filled in. Send it exactly as you'd want it to appear.

Easiest way: build it in our free vCard builder — fill in the boxes, hit download, send us the file. It runs in your browser, takes about two minutes, and gives you a cleaner card than your phone's export does.

Rather use your phone? iPhone: Contacts → tap your own card at the top → Share Contact → Mail or Messages. Android: Contacts → your profile → the three dots → Share → choose vCard (.vcf).

06

Six things you do

The six services or specialisms you'd want someone to see. A few words each — "Free Valuation", "First-Time Buyers", "Investment Property". Not a full service list; the six that matter.

07

Two or three sentences about you

How you'd describe yourself to someone you just met. Don't overthink it — send a rough version and we'll tidy it up, then you approve the wording.

08

Your business address and a contact email

Needed for your privacy policy and terms, which every business sending texts has to have. This is the email that appears on those pages, so use one you're happy publishing.

09

Your brand colours If you have them

Hex codes if you know them, or just point us at your website and we'll pull them.

10

A design you like Optional

Have a look through the designs and tell us which feels right. Every one gets rebranded around you anyway — you're picking a starting point, not a template you're stuck with.

11

Your booking link Optional

If you already use a calendar people book through, send the link and we'll wire it into the card. If you don't, we'll set one up.

Three files, three answers, and you're done. The files are your logo, your headshot and your contact card; everything else is a sentence or two. Those three are the only things that genuinely hold a build up.

Running a team or an office? Send us one set of business details plus a list of your people, and we'll collect the rest from them directly — you shouldn't have to chase your own agents for headshots.
03 / Send ItReplies Personally

Send it over.

Fill this in and attach what you've got. Anything missing, we'll follow up — don't wait until it's perfect.
